Punjab Crisis Education

Educate Yourself on the Crisis in Punjab

In keeping with Surat's mission of spreading education, here you can find resources to educate yourself on the current economic, environmental, and health crisis in Punjab. Articles include those on female infanticide, rising drug and alcohol abuse, farmer suicides, and skyrocketing cancer rates as a result of pesticide use. The logo on the left comes from the 2009 Save Punjab conference hosted by Surat in New York City.

Articles will be updated frequently - come back to learn more!
